Delivery may be requested depending on availability and location. A delivery fee will be calculated based on distance.

Absolutely! Pick up is always preferred where possible. If your event is in the morning, pick up can also be arranged for the day before, so long as you can store your cake in the fridge overnight.

Your cake is best stored for transport on a flat surface. This usually means the passenger side footwell or back floor of your car, but the boot is also okay.

It is NOT recommended for a passenger to hold the cake on their lap. DO NOT place your cake box on the uneven car seat. DO NOT push in the sides of your cake box, as this may damage the cake - support from underneath.

In warmer months, we recommend the air-conditioning on high and no heat on in the winter.

The weight of the cake will ensure it does not slide around on the flat surface, however make sure to brake and take corners extra carefully and slowly.

Before transporting to another venue, please ensure the cake has been well refrigerated for the journey.

We do provide GF options for Cakes and Cupcakes, however we do not cater to DF or Vegan options at this stage, unfortunately!

Every effort is made to ensure there is no cross contamination, however your order is made in a kitchen that handles all allergens.

The more notice the better! We will always do our best to accommodate last minute custom bookings, but it’s recommended to allow at least 2-4 weeks notice, minimum.

Cakes are required to be stored in the fridge, but recommended to be enjoyed at room temperature. This means that you will need to find space in your fridge for your cake, and bring it out 1-2 hours before serving.

Cupcakes may be stored at room temperature in a cool place, outside of the fridge.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. When moving your cake around, keep it level at all times.

Cupcakes are baked in batches of 12/24 etc, due to the nature of the Cupcake boxes. A minimum order of 12 cupcakes is required.

A minimum order of 12 cookies is preferred.

All cookies come boxed and individually wrapped in sealed plastic bags to protect and retain freshness.

If you find yourself with leftover cookies, lucky you! They can be stored in an air tight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. (If there’s any left by then!)
